“Le Grand Content”: A Clemens Kogler oldie

Le Grand ContentAn old favorite of the Gopher, the Le Grand Content video is something we have bumped into in many different times and places. A document on the omnipresent PowerPoint culture, it reminds us that advertising agencies, sales teams and strategy fellas are always out there, lurking behind sharp corners, trying to categorize us. A good way to introduce video at the Eye Candy section [ since we have featured street art and photography already ] it still makes us laugh every time we’re reminded that this why we drink. Also, you just can’t stop liking someone like Clemens Kogler who writes in his About page a line like: “I started studying classical painting and worked sometime in an ad agency and for television but finally decided to choose a career in film-making, for its job security and pension benefits“, Austrian humor, full-on. Enjoy the video.

What's on the menu?

What's in this thing, you ask? Well, we've got images, and features, and interviews, and articles, and short bits, and long bits, video posts, sound posts, lists and series, the local, the worldly, the controversial, the inane, and sometimes, if you look closely, the not-fit-for-print (which, of course, we'll just print anyways). Mostly old stuff, and new stuff. You know... the usual.
